Black Talent in Business

We know there is more to do to improve the representation of Black talent in our industry and within our early careers pipeline. Programmes like Black Talent in Business play an important role in helping us address this gap by widening access, building confidence and connections, and creating clearer pathways into our profession.

This programme is designed to give Black undergraduate students the opportunity to explore careers at PwC, build their understanding of our business and gain greater access to the opportunities we offer. Come and connect with people from across the firm, hear first-hand about their experiences and develop the skills, knowledge and networks that can help you build a successful career.

Tax Services

In Tax Services, you’ll help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions, providing guidance on tax planning, compliance and strategy.

The tax landscape is constantly changing and the future of the tax professional lies in data, where you will get the opportunity to work with the latest technology, including AI, to support our clients across a broad range of tax matters.

Your analysis and insight will help high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses to understand complex rules and make informed decisions on personal and corporate tax issues.

Our programmes will help you gain a breadth of experience across our core tax specialisms. They will also prepare you for your future as an innovative, agile tax professional. We’ll develop your skills in relationship management and data analysis. We’ll also build your specialist knowledge on the way different businesses and client sectors work.

What you’ll need  

You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject; 

Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject. 

When you apply, we’ll also ask for your location preference.  If you successfully complete the recruitment process, we’ll then let you know which office you’ll be based in during the three-day programme. Please be aware that we may not be able to offer you your first-choice office location.
