Role : SuccessFactors EC, Time-Off, Benefits

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time, Benefits and part of IAS / IPS work Consultant at Specialist Level having 5-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Employee Central, Time off, Benefits and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the complete process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. AMS Support / Production Support

• Hands on with EC, TIME OFF, Benefits and exposure to IAS / IPS
• To support during Europe Time Zone 1:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST
• Good understanding in EC module
• Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
• Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SuccessFactors EC and TIME OFF certifications needed

2. Testing & Deployment

• Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
• Work with QA teams and customer testers to ensure solution quality.
• Support cutover planning, template deployment, and go-live activities.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Collaborate closely with HR business teams, Employee Central SMEs, HRIS teams, and global process owners.
• Serve as a functional advisor to customers on best practices for Employee Central.
• Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide recommendations.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure implementation and support activities comply with client security and audit requirements.
• Provide user training, quick reference guides, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

• Having 5-7 yrs years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors EC, TIMEOFF, Benefits and having IAS/IPS skill
• Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
• Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions
• Good understanding in EC module
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SuccessFactors EC and Time OFF Certification

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and cycles simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
