SUMMARY
Responsável por prestar suporte técnico de primeiro nível aos usuários em ambientes administrativos e industriais, atuando na resolução de chamados relacionados a hardware, software, rede e sistemas corporativos. Executa atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos de TI, além de colaborar com a organização dos ativos tecnológicos e participar de projetos de melhoria contínua.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Atender chamados de suporte técnico de primeiro nível, solucionando problemas de hardware, software e rede.
• Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos de TI.
• Apoiar na organização, inventário e controle de ativos tecnológicos.
• Registrar atendimentos e manter documentação técnica atualizada.
• Prestar suporte a usuários em ambientes administrativos e industriais.
• Participar de projetos de melhoria de infraestrutura e processos de TI.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Ensino técnico completo em Informática, e/ou Redes de Computadores (ou superior em andamento na área de TI).
• Conhecimento básico em manutenção de computadores, periféricos e redes.
• Familiaridade com sistemas operacionais Windows e ferramentas de suporte remoto.
• Capacidade de atendimento presencial e remoto a usuários de escritório e chão de fábrica.
• Organização, proatividade, boa comunicação e postura colaborativa.
• Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de chamados (ITSM) e controle de ativos.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Individual?s primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent on the manufacturing floor. The noise level in the work environment ranges from low to moderate.
