About the Role
At Team Global Express, we're transforming the way Australia connects through smarter logistics and delivery solutions. We're seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for our Parcels business.
Reporting to the Director Brand, Marketing & GTM, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth through customer-centric, insight-led campaigns. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, and can make an immediate impact.
This is a 12-month opportunity.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and revenue growth.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for products, services and key business initiatives.
Lead audience research, market insights and customer segmentation activities to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
Plan and manage events, sponsorships and partnerships that strengthen Team Global Express' market presence and thought leadership.
Develop customer communication strategies across email, SMS, digital and direct channels, ensuring consistency and relevance across the customer journey.
Partner with Sales, Commercial and senior business leaders to identify growth opportunities and deliver effective marketing solutions.
Manage agency and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality campaigns, content and creative assets on time and within budget
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise results.
Develop sales enablement materials that clearly articulate the Team Global Express value proposition.
What You'll Bring
7+ years' experience in B2B marketing within a corporate environment.
Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing activity with business objectives and growth outcomes.
Experience managing creative, media and digital agency partners.
Expertise in campaign analytics, customer insights, segmentation and performance reporting.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
Excellent project management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
