Vital Cryotherapy is hiring a part-time Brand Partnerships Manager with the opportunity to grow into a much larger role across multiple companies.
Vital Cryotherapy is used by high-performing people, including celebrities, elite athletes, business leaders, and professionals. We also have existing relationships with respected brands, fitness businesses, healthcare professionals, and organizations across the city.
Many exciting partnership, event, ambassador, and campaign opportunities have already been presented to us and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of those opportunities, move them forward, and create new ones.
This role is also intended to be the first step toward something much larger.
Vital serves as a place where we can identify and develop talent for larger opportunities with larger companies we are involved with. For the right person, this role will grow into a much larger position working across multiple brands and businesses.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll begin by helping launch and grow Vital’s affiliate and ambassador program.
From there, you’ll help:
- Develop existing relationships into partnerships, events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Build new relationships with trainers, studios, clinics, brands, businesses, and community leaders.
- Create partnership concepts, proposals, referral materials, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Turn customer and partner insights into stronger offers, messaging, and campaigns.
- Track opportunities, follow through consistently, and measure what produces results.
The role will evolve as you demonstrate your strengths. Over time, you will take ownership of larger campaigns, brand initiatives, partnerships, and projects across multiple companies.
