As we continue to grow across product and engineering, we are looking for a (Senior) People & Culture Business Partner – Tech (m/f/x) to partner with the leaders who build our technology.
In this role, you will be part of a small, lean People & Culture team and the go-to person for our Chief Product & Technology Officer and the Engineering & Product leadership team.
You will run the people agenda for our tech organization and drive projects that reach across the wider business.

- Being the go-to partner for our CPTO and the Engineering & Product leaders onpeoplestrategy, career development, and team health.
- Driving cross-org projects and initiatives that reach beyond product and engineering.
- Running the full employee lifecycle for our tech organization, from onboarding to offboarding, across Germany and the Netherlands.
- Building career frameworks, compensation reviews, and performance programs that people actually use.
- Automating thebusyworkwith AI and modern HR tools, so your time goes to people instead of paperwork.
- Keeping us compliant and up to date on German and Dutch labor law.
What will you learn during your apprenticeship?:
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Solid experience as a business partner to tech teamsinproduct and software development, with a real understanding of engineering culture, delivery cycles, and roadmap planning, ideally across EMEA.
- Profound change-management experience, ideally guiding cultural transformation as the organization scales.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits for tech teams, anda clear sense ofwhat makes apaystructure fair.
- Confidencepartnering with senior leadersand helping shape their decisions.
- A genuine affinity for technical people; you understand how engineers and product folks think and work, and you might even code for fun.
- A finger on the pulse of the software world, from agile ways of working to the tech talent market and how AI is reshaping the way teams build.
- A coaching background is a plus
- Working knowledge of Germanlabor law;Dutch labor lawis a plus
- FluentinEnglish, with business-levelGerman.Dutchisastrongplus.
- Happy working in a distributed team, since we care more about talent than location, with the willingness to travel toTutzingor Amsterdam regularly to spend time with your teams.
