Description
If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.
We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Join our team at Infios! We're seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Legal Department's contract management, legal operations, and day-to-day legal matters. In this collaborative role, you'll partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams to streamline contract processes, maintain legal records, support compliance initiatives, and deliver practical, high-quality legal support to the business. The ideal candidate combines strong legal and organisational skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach to helping reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support the effective delivery of legal services across a growing organisation.
What a day in the life looks like:
• Prepare, review, revise, and process routine commercial agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, vendor agreements, and other legal documents using approved templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Identify non-standard terms, legal risks, business concerns, or approval exceptions and escalate matters requiring attorney review.
• Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, signatures, and stakeholder communications throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain contract records, repositories, metadata, renewal schedules, and other lifecycle management activities to ensure accurate recordkeeping and accessibility.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of legal templates, standard forms, playbooks, knowledge resources, and process documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine legal process questions and guide employees on approved Legal Department intake procedures, forms, and workflows.
• Support attorney-directed legal matters, including matter tracking, document collection, research coordination, compliance initiatives, corporate governance activities, investigations, and dispute support.
• Organise and maintain legal department records, matter files, policies, corporate documents, and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and proper document management.
• Proactively identify legal, operational, compliance, confidentiality, and process risks and communicate concerns to legal counsel as appropriate.
• Support legal operations and department administration through process improvements, reporting, workflow optimisation, document execution, task management, and other activities that improve efficiency and service delivery.
What you bring to the team:
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, JD, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant legal experience.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably including experience within an in-house corporate legal department.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and related legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of legal confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, ethical obligations, and appropriate escalation practices.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong judgement, problem-solving, and risk-identification skills, with the ability to know when attorney guidance is required.
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management, e-signature, matter management, document management, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, technology, supply chain, logistics, or other commercial contracting environments.
• Experience working with global or multi-jurisdictional legal teams and supporting international business operations.
