  • Maintain a North America website content calendar and prioritization process across campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, evergreen updates, compliance needs, and performance-driven optimizations.
  • Support website content strategy by helping determine what content belongs on owned websites versus retailer PDPs, retail media landing pages, CRM, social, or other digital touchpoints.
  • Use analytics, SEO/GEO insights, accessibility checks, and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities and recommend content, UX, or operational improvements.
  • Partner with global teams and agencies to identify reusable templates, components, modules, and content patterns that improve speed, consistency, accessibility, and quality.

Key requirements

  • Strong understanding of website QA, accessibility, SEO/GEO readiness, tagging, privacy, legal and responsible marketing requirements.
