Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote work with occasional in-office presence)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at Design.com, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product vision focusing on their website builder product and related new products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, Design.com’s founder, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight our customers and align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap:
-
Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the website builder offerings, focusing on UX/UI enhancements.

Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, Head of Marketing, Group Product Manager and other stakeholders to define product strategies that align with business goals.

Ideation & Prioritization - help identify and prioritize the right product features and engineering work. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features for Design.com to:

Improve user experience for customers;
-
Improve usage;
-
Improve retention and reduce churn rate;
-
Improve key metrics NPS, conversion rate, AOV, CLTV, word of mouth;

Drive revenue growth through product improvements, x-selling, new innovations;

Support marketing, partnership efforts;

Support business operations (customer service and finance functions);

Develop new innovations on Design.com.

Product Development:
-
Develop specifications – work with the engineering and design team and other stakeholders to define specific requirements for the Engineering team.

Implement a continuous cycle of planning, execution, and learning.

Product Design - work closely with our UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to design new product features.

Analytics & Testing:
-
Support or drive a/b tests and conversion rate optimization, analyse data of product changes and new features.

Customer & Market Insights:
-
Speak to current users (customers, designers) to identify customer needs and opportunities for different segments, geographies, services and products;

Review NPS data and feedback from current users to identify issues and opportunities;

Speak to potential customers to identify new segments, products and opportunities in the market;

Competitor / market insights – gathering intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing and positioning.

R&D / Testing – work with our product and engineering teams to identify, test and drive new product innovations.
What We’re Looking For:

Must have 4+ years experience as a Product Manager;
● Must have exceptional communication skills;
● Must have experience writing specifications;
● Must have strong analytical skills and aptitude with numbers;
● Must have experience working with UI / UX designers;
● Must have experience working with Engineering / development teams;
● Should have experience with SaaS products;
● Nice to have experience in analytics or other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel;
● Nice to have experience working in SMB SaaS, large-scale consumer tech and/or design software;
● Nice to have experience in graphic design, website design, website hosting industries;
● Nice to have a background in UI/UX or strong UI/UX instincts;
● Nice to have experience with primary / market research (e.g surveys, interviews, shadow shopping);
● Nice to have experience with a/b testing
