Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Position Overview

Immunome is seeking a Senior Director, U.S. Market Development to lead and provide strategic direction for commercial market development activities in preparation for the potential launch of varegacestat in desmoid tumors. This role will be responsible for shaping the U.S. commercial and clinical landscape ahead of launch by building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), generating actionable market insights, and translating those insights into launch strategy. The Senior Director will ensure the U.S. market is informed, aligned, and ready for varegacestat at approval.

As a senior member of the U.S. Commercial organization, this individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and HEOR to ensure launch plans are grounded in real-world insights and reflect the evolving treatment paradigm in desmoid tumors. The mission of this role is to help position varegacestat for strong adoption by establishing Immunome as a trusted commercial and scientific partner within the U.S. desmoid tumor community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market development strategy for varegacestat, aligned with commercial launch objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and implement pre-launch initiatives that prepare the market for approval and early adoption.
  • Identify and proactively address barriers to uptake, including referral patterns, treatment sequencing dynamics, and care setting variability.
  • Provide senior-level strategic input into:
    • U.S. positioning and messaging.
    • Target product profile refinement.
    • Disease awareness initiatives.
    • Field force strategy and engagement model.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive alignment and ensure launch readiness milestones are met.

U.S. KOL Strategy & Commercial Engagement

  • Lead the mapping, segmentation, and prioritization of U.S. KOLs and high-impact treatment centers across academic and community settings.
  • Build and sustain credible, compliant relationships with leading desmoid tumor experts, sarcoma specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial KOL engagement through:
    • 1:1 strategic discussions.
    • U.S. advisory boards.
    • Regional roundtables.
    • National congress engagement (ASCO, CTOS, SSO, etc.).
  • Ensure insights from engagements are systematically captured and translated into actionable strategic commercial recommendations.

Insight Generation & Competitive Intelligence

  • Direct ongoing assessment of the evolving U.S. treatment landscape, including standards of care, off-label usage patterns, and competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee the generation of structured insight reports that inform:
    • Brand strategy.
    • Forecasting assumptions.
    • Access strategy.
    • Lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging data that may impact launch strategy.

Congress Strategy & External Presence

  • Provide senior commercial leadership for U.S. congress planning and execution, including:
    • KOL engagement planning.
    • Competitive intelligence capture.
    • Post-congress insight synthesis.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of U.S. advisory boards and strategic planning meetings in support of launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with:
    • Marketing on brand strategy and disease education.
    • Sales Leadership on field readiness and targeting.
    • Market Access on value narrative and payer insights.
    • Medical Affairs to ensure alignment and compliance of scientific exchange.
  • Serve as a senior commercial bridge between external market insights and internal launch decision-making.
