What You'll Do:
You will use a data-driven approach to analyse business performance and market trends, uncover actionable insights, and translate complex findings into clear narratives that inform decision-making. This role requires comfort working with large, complex datasets and the curiosity to explore data creatively.
Your Mission
- Provide analytical insights on Criteo’s global performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Identify growth opportunities and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- Leverage internal and external data to assess the potential of clients and prospects across existing and new business opportunities
- Analyze first-party and market data, consumer behavior and intent signals, and industry trends to contextualize Criteo’s performance
Who You Are:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar analytics role; experience in AdTech is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, strong Python skills for data analysis, and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
- Curiosity and experience in using Generative AI solutions to enhance data exploration, automate insight generation, and craft compelling analytical narratives
- Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and solve complex problems and a solid understanding of statistical modeling
- Strong business acumen, a genuine interest in the AdTech industry, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to commercial stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
- A proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives forward
