Job Description
We are seeking a Lead - Data Analyst for Reporting and Operations role in ABGD group, who can think strategically and interpret data. The role will be primarily responsible for managing intake process, perform A/B Test, Sales funnel analysis & providing insight on data using Python.Key Responsibilities
- Working with ABDG internal teams and business leaders to define and document business requirements
- Translating business requirements into analytical solutions
- Translate analytic output into understandable and actionable business knowledge
- Perform and deliver on complex ad-hoc business analysis requests
- Solve business problems using econometric methods
- Development and execution of reports for program tracking, model validation, and other information based solutions support
- Coordinate and prioritize business needs in a matrix management environment
- Documentation and communication of results and recommendations to US and internal teams
- Ensuring maintenance of requisite quality standards
- Develops competence by performing structured documentation, automation etc.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Occasionally contribute to process improvement efforts
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
- Conduct A/B Test analysis, Sales funnel analysis whenever required.
- Reporting to product groups and other stakeholders
- Manage an intake process & prioritization framework
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science or Data Analytics
- Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in reporting & Analytics.
- Experience in Python programming and A/B test analysis & sales funnel analysis
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL and ability to connect to a variety of data sources.
- Advanced skills in writing complex queries, developing reports and automation of report distribution.
- Experience documenting business and technical processes.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Thought leader to strategize and lead the change and the new initiatives for the global teams
- High sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DataLake/AWS, Power BI/ Quick Sight will be plus
