Data Entry Associate – Production Records
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying production data to support daily reporting and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter production records into the company database accurately and efficiently
- Collect and verify production data from various sources to ensure completeness and correctness
- Generate daily reports for management based on entered data
- Maintain organized records of all production data and reports
- Collaborate with production and management teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
