Role Overview:
In this dual role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members and the logistical force behind our events. Proficiency in both the Slovak and English languages is highly preferred.

Membership Coordination:
  • Growth & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones.
  • Database Management: Oversee the membership database, ensuring all records, billing, and contact information remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Member Support: Act as the main liaison for all member inquiries, fielding questions about benefits, events, and community resources.
  • Onboarding: Manage the welcome process for new members, ensuring they are fully integrated into the community.
  • Communications: Assist in curating and sending out newsletters, emails, and targeted marketing materials.
