Position Summary
The HR Operations team, including HRIS, is critical to delivering an optimal work experience to our employees and maximizing their impact to the organization. We are looking for an insightful HRIS Analyst who has experience with iCIMS (or other Applicant Tracking System) &/or Workday. The candidate will be familiar with ATS configuration & reporting. The candidate will be involved with both systems and supporting end-users.
The HRIS Analyst will be the System Administrator for our iCIMS system along with supporting other capabilities within Workday HCM. As part of a highly effective global HR Operations team, the successful candidate will have broad learning opportunities to understand the business environment and the technical environment of our HR systems including Workday and iCIMS.
Essential Responsibilities
- Primary role as key functional support for HR applications used across ITT. This team member will be the primary technical support for the Talent Acquisition team.
- As the system administrator, it will translate business requirements into iCIMS technical deliverables and analytical needs assessment
- Support release changes, implement enhancements to functionality, coordinate testing, and work with end-users on troubleshooting issues.
- Focus on continuous improvement to system capabilities, including new AI functionality as offered.
- Support HR teams with Workday tickets and troubleshooting.
- Support Workday reporting with strategic, translation, analysis and prioritization of both business level and functional requirements
- Assist internal customers to better understand workforce metrics and utilize analytics for decision making
Position Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years’ experience working with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking system. Workday experience is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must possess key problem-solving skills and have a strong interest in research, data & metrics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Keen attention to detail; strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Proven track-record of translating data and metrics into measurable results
- Ability to establish relationships, collaborate and support end-users.
