We are seeking a talented individual to join our Institutional Investment Client team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused Investment Client Service Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality service to investment clients, acting as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams. You’ll help manage day-to-day client servicing, reporting, meeting preparation and operational support, while contributing to a strong and consistent client experience.
We will count on you to:
Support day-to-day servicing for investment clients
Respond to client queries and coordinate timely resolutions
Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Liaise with internal teams across investments, operations and compliance
Support onboarding, transitions, and ongoing client maintenance activities
Help improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support risk and compliance standards
What you need to have:
Experience in client service, account management, operations, or administration within investments or financial services
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience in investments, superannuation, wealth, or asset management will be highly regarded.
