What is the opportunity?
Join RBC’s Global Investment Office as Senior Manager, Client Services & Delivery, providing critical operational and execution support to deliver seamless client experiences for our Enterprise Strategic Clients. As a licensed CIRO position, you’ll manage investment mandates, ensure risk compliance, and act as a key liaison between the MD/Head, internal teams, and functional partners. This role drives end-to-end client experience excellence for sophisticated global clients, combining operational expertise with strategic partnership across Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and internal stakeholders to create lasting value.
What will you do?
Assist in onboarding complex GIO clients, coordinating and project managing cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Implement process enhancements to improve client service delivery and operational efficiency
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps and drive continuous improvements
Coordinate institutional-grade reporting, performance analytics, and benchmarking for clients
Support day-to-day client servicing requests in accordance with RBC internal controls policies and procedures
Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders on behalf of the MD/Head Ensure adherence to RBC’s risk frameworks, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all client deliverables
Help integrate digital solutions (automation, AI) to enhance client experiences
What do you need to succeed?
Must Haves
7+ years in wealth management, investment banking, or client services with focus on UHNW clients
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), outstanding client service, and professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills, analytical and time management abilities with capacity to manage complexity and shifting priorities
Experience dealing with large UHNW domestic and international clients with complex structures and needs
Strong business acumen, compliance knowledge, and proven client-facing experience
Bachelor’s degree required; CIRO licensing or ability to obtain required
Nice-to-Have
RBC cross-enterprise knowledge with proven ability to cultivate partnerships across platforms
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Experience managing complex projects and collaborating across teams
Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritize and execute under pressure with resilience and initiative
