Responsibilities:- Extract and format raw data into standardized reports.- Draft routine emails with attached reports for review and distribution.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting schedules.- Identify data/process exceptions and provide clear explanations.- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from all majors- Minimum GPA 2,75- Preferably with experience in the field of accounting/finance- Excellent in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading with minimum score B2 (Will be tested during the recruitment process)- Excellent communication skills.- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.- Computer literate.- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction- Willing to Placed in Jakarta
