Description
Centre for Quantum Technologies @NTU (CQT@NTU) is looking for administrative/ secretarial support to Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) Principal Investigators.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative/secretarial support to Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) Principal Investigators, support includes but not limited to procurements, travel arrangement
Research grants management for the Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) researchers
Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Plan and execute events (e.g. industry and academic events such as seminars, colloquia, conferences and alike)
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Sciences degree preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Ability to work both as a team-member among multiple stakeholders and as an individual.
