Senior Art Director

We are looking for a creative Senior Art Director who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. ResponsibilitiesGenerate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriterProduce sketches, storyboards roughs to visualize ideasUnderstand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audienceCreate assets across off-platform destinations that are uniquely optimized to fit each audience and align with BAYZ social brand identitiesWork in a fast-paced environment that requires quick-turning numerous pieces of content in a dayDemonstrate an ability to balance multiple projects and the flexibility to pivot from a plan to react to breaking news or viral contentDesigning and concept for multiple platforms and formats (Twitter, Instagram, Youtube thumbnails e video assets);Work closely with the marketing team and the creative leads for the production of daily pieces;Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of mediaTake work from concept to final execution within deadlinesPresent completed ideas to clients/team membersStay on top of all trends and maintain best practices RequirementsProven working experience as an Art DirectorHands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package designOnline portfolio/demo reel showcasing your creativity, design and type layout skillsBe up to date with what is trending among the other brand’s from the same scenery; Proficiency in Design Softwares (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace. Plus: Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Premiere;Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioIncorporate feedback and take/give direction wellTeam player with strong communication and presentation skillsRelevant education or training
