About the opportunity:
This is more than a finance role, it’s about shaping the future of three business units. You’ll be a trusted advisor to the Divisional MD with a dotted line to the Group FCO and a key player in driving profitability, commercial governance, cashflow optimisation, and sustainable growth. You'll also lead finance transformation, project initiatives, and compliance across this diverse portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and execute the financial strategy aligned with group goals
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across BUs
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance (IFRS, VAT, PAYE), audits, and controls
- Optimise cashflow, working capital, and banking structures (including Forex)
- Ensure commercial governance: pricing, tenders, contracts, and deal structuring
- Champion financial systems, automation, and continuous improvement
- Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team across the cluster
