Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol
Salary: £35,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Join a forward-thinking logistics and operations team as a Supply Chain Manager based in Severn Beach.
We’re seeking a results-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial mindset to lead internal projects, streamline operations, and manage key supplier and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal supply chain projects focused on efficiency and performance

Oversee and optimise cost control strategies across procurement, warehousing, and logistics

Prepare and deliver internal reports covering stock levels, KPIs, delivery performance, and costs

Maintain strong working relationships with customers, transport providers, and business partners

Handle and resolve supply chain claims, service disputes, and delivery issues
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall supply chain planning and accuracy

Ensure compliance with internal processes, client SLAs, and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations management role

Excellent analytical skills – confident working with data, KPIs, and reports

Strong communication skills – able to liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams

Experience leading internal improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives

Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Comfortable managing disputes and driving resolutions diplomatically
