The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.RequirementsProven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to haveExperience in the construction industry.Familiarity with project management tools.Ability to speak additional languages.
