What you'll do
- Lead daily factory operations, coaching and influencing operators to deliver consistent results.
- Drive site-wide improvement in equipment effectiveness through loss analysis and root cause elimination.
- Implement continuous improvement programs focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with safety, quality, engineering, planning, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver productivity and cost improvements.
- Manage cross-functional projects that reduce waste and increase capacity.
Performance
You will own key performance indicators including safety, quality, overall equipment effectiveness, reliability, conversion cost, and asset utilization. Your data-driven decisions and leadership will reduce breakdowns, improve maintenance compliance, and create measurable savings. Success means higher service levels and a more productive, cost-effective manufacturing site.
Care
This role reports to the Head of Factory Indonesia and leads a cross-functional team focused on factory performance improvement, standards deployment, and capability building. You will foster a culture of safety and operational ownership, working closely with multiple departments to ensure sustainable, long-term improvements. Your leadership will build a resilient operation that supports Flora Food Group’s commitment to doing the right thing every day for our people and communities.

Your curiosity about process improvements and equipment reliability drives you to deliver better food outcomes. About you
You bring strong manufacturing experience in fast-moving consumer goods or food industries, with proven success in leading equipment effectiveness and operational excellence programs. You are a hands-on leader who spends time on the shop floor, coaching and developing your team with integrity. Your analytical mindset and data-driven approach enable you to solve complex problems and influence cross-functional stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, you are comfortable using manufacturing systems like SAP PM and Power BI.
You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
