What you’ll do
- Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
- Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols
- Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
- Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- A person with high regard for integrity and diligence
- Critical thinking with technical and language proficiency
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
