Votre mission :

Une offre de stage intitulée : Stagiaire PMO - Spécialisation Digital & Data Science (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus à Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez le département Cross Programme, au sein du Bureau PMO qui supporte les Centres de Compétences (CoCs) Ingénierie.

Votre stage consistera à soutenir l'équipe Project Management Office (PMO) dans la coordination des activités de projet et à contribuer à la bonne exécution de projets stratégiques dans nos domaines techniques et digitaux. Il s'agit d'une occasion unique d'appliquer vos connaissances académiques à des défis concrets et de développer des compétences à l'intersection de la gestion de projet et de l'innovation par la donnée.

Idéalement, il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois qui devrait débuter en février 2026 (date sujette à flexibilité).

Vos missions principales consisteront à :

• Assister l'équipe PMO et les Chefs de Projet dans les tâches quotidiennes de coordination et de suivi de projet.
• Soutenir la préparation de rapports de projet et de la documentation pour diverses parties prenantes.
• Aider à maintenir et à mettre à jour les outils de gestion de projet, tels que Planisware, avec les données du projet.
• Participer à l'analyse des données de projet pour identifier les tendances et soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données.
• Contribuer à des missions spéciales liées à l'application de la science des données et des outils digitaux dans la gestion de projet.

Votre tuteur vous accompagnera dans l'identification de vos objectifs professionnels et le développement de vos compétences.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Coordination pratique au sein d'un Project Management Office (PMO).
• Analyse de données et reporting dans un environnement technique.
• Application d'outils digitaux (par ex. Google Gemini, Palantir) pour résoudre des problématiques d'entreprise.
• Communication avec les parties prenantes dans une société multinationale.

Votre carte d'embarquement :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4 ou Bac+5 en Ingénierie, Commerce, Data Science, ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Une connaissance fondamentale des principes de la gestion de projet.
• Un fort intérêt et une familiarité avec les technologies digitales ; la connaissance de plateformes comme Google Gemini et Palantir est un plus significatif.
• Une compréhension de base des principes de la data science (science des données).
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; une expérience avec des logiciels de gestion de projet comme Planisware est un plus.

Savoir-être :

• Esprit proactif et curieux.
• Esprit d'équipe et excellentes capacités de collaboration.
• Fortes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : Avancé
• Français : Intermédiaire

Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled: PMO Intern - Digital & Data Science Focus (m/f) has just opened at Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Cross Programme department, within the PM Office that supports the Engineering Centers of Competence (CoCs).

Your internship will consist in supporting the Project Manager Office (PMO) Team in coordinating project activities and contributing to the successful execution of strategic projects within our technical and digital domains. This is a unique opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges and develop skills at the intersection of project management and data innovation.

Ideally, this is a 6 month internship to be started in February 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of:

• Assisting the PMO team and Project Managers with daily project coordination and monitoring tasks.
• Supporting the preparation of project reports and documentation for various stakeholders.
• Helping maintain and update project management tools, such as Planisware, with project data.
• Participating in the analysis of project data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Contributing to special assignments related to the application of data science and digital tools in project management.

Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and developing your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Practical Project Management Office (PMO) coordination.
• Data analysis and reporting within a technical environment.
• Application of digital tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Palantir) to solve business challenges.
• Stakeholder communication in a multinational corporation.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4 or Bac+5 in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or an equivalent field.

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills:

• A foundational knowledge of project management principles.
• A strong interest in and familiarity with digital technologies; knowledge of platforms like Google Gemini and Palantir is a significant plus.
• A basic understanding of data science principles.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools; experience with project management software like Planisware is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and curious mindset.
• Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Language skills:

• English: Advanced
• French: Intermediate
