As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, helping ensure our clients receive dependable, compassionate care while supporting the caregivers who make it possible.

• Be the connection! Match caregivers with clients based on scheduling needs, availability, and compatibility.

• Keep things moving! Manage schedules, coordinate coverage, and respond quickly when unexpected changes arise.

• Build relationships! Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and your office team to create positive experiences.

• Think ahead! Anticipate staffing challenges, identify opportunities, and develop solutions before small problems become big ones.

• Support our growth! Help welcome new caregivers, coordinate assignments, and contribute to building a dependable team.

• Make every hour count! Help maximize client coverage, minimize missed shifts, and support our agency's service goals.
