Location: Clarks Summit, PA | On-Site
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

CareGivers America is hiring a Care Coordinator to support our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) team in Clarks Summit, PA!
In this role, you'll be an important connection between our caregivers, patients, and families. You'll help answer questions, resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, and ensure the behind-the-scenes details of home care run smoothly.
Our PDN team supports families caring for loved ones with complex medical needs, including parents who serve as trained caregivers for their children.
Your work will help these families receive the dependable support they deserve.
What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, families, and caregivers, providing friendly and responsive support.

Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and help resolve concerns.

Monitor caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.

Review and process caregiver timesheets to support accurate and timely payroll.

Research and resolve timesheet, payroll, and billing discrepancies.

Track caregiver documentation, annual training, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records and collaborate with your team to ensure continuity of care.
What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and managing multiple priorities.

Confident using computers, entering data, and learning new systems.

Ability to remain professional, patient, and solutions-focused when handling concerns.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience in home care, healthcare administration, scheduling, payroll, or EVV systems is a plus!
