An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a leading Irish PLC in the property development sector. This is a hands-on role supporting managers and employees across the business, with a strong focus on employee relations and practical HR support.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees across HR and employee relations matters.
- Provide advice and support on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and wider employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with HR projects and wider organisational initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong hands-on employee relations experience across disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
- Experience working closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent with strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
