Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with delivery teams to support the release of reliable and user-ready products. The position requires continuous collaboration and communication to maintain high standards throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final output meets the expected behavior and quality benchmarks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and executing test plans.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
