TITLE: Head of Property Management
LOCATION: Arizona
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a senior executive to head up, build out and lead the multifamily operations and property management organization, including strategy, platform and team, at the highest corporate level. Reporting directly to ownership (founding partners) with a seat at the executive table alongside the CEO, CFO and head of Development/Construction, this leader will oversee all aspects of the property management company and platform: operations, leasing, marketing, maintenance/facilities, technology, systems and processes. They will bridge property and portfolio performance with the real estate, asset and investment management strategy. This is a growth-created opportunity focused on building the systems, infrastructure, organization and scalability needed to support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate understands multifamily operations at a deep level but can also think like an owner, strategically driving performance, NOI and long-term value across the portfolio.

This firm is a very well-capitalized, vertically integrated multifamily owner, developer, builder and operator. They manage a large portfolio of Class A market-rate properties across multiple markets and have a consistent pipeline of new development. They follow a long-term hold and manage strategy.
