Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities by working closely with stakeholders across functions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture principles.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to lead and manage teams while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
