Business Architect
Working Address: ETT - East Exchange Tower 38-40 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
This role will manage the design and implementation of eMPF and business systems by analyzing and synthesizing business processes, technologies, and data. This role demands a strategic thinker who blends deep analytical skills with a strong grasp of business operations and IT systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
3-8 years of relevant working experience in the MPF, pension of financial services industry.
Proven experience in pension operations and operation transformation
Extensive knowledge of MPF/pension modeling, systems development methodologies, and architectural frameworks.
Qualities:
Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and the integration of IT and business strategies for MPF/pension solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
