Your Day-to-Day Environment

• This position is primarily shop-based in the Boston area, with occasional field support at customer facilities.
• You will perform hands-on refrigeration troubleshooting and repairs, communicate service findings, and document completed work.

What You'll Take Ownership Of

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment, primarily in the shop, with occasional service at customer facilities.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right
• Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients update

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Approximately five years of hands-on refrigeration diagnosis and repair experience.
• Additional education and technical certifications such as Technical School education and Massachusetts hot work refrigeration certifications.
• Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work
• Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
