£13.00-£15.50 per hour

4 on, 4 off Shifts

• Day Shift: 14:00–22:00 – £13.00 per hour, increasing to £15.50 per hour between 21:00–22:00.
• Night Shift: 20:00–07:00 – £13.00 per hour, increasing to £15.50 per hour between 20:00–06:00.

Temporary to Permanent – with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a minimum of 12 successful weeks.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Call Handlers to join our team in Daventry on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a minimum of 12 successful weeks.

Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, you’ll be handling incoming calls, supporting customers and ensuring enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently. You’ll speak with a variety of customers, listen to their needs, provide accurate information and help resolve queries.

We’re looking for people who enjoy speaking to others, remain calm under pressure and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.

 

What will you be doing?

• Handling incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs and enquiries.
• Providing accurate information, guidance and support.
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues wherever possible.
• Escalating more complex enquiries to the appropriate team when required.
• Keeping accurate records of calls, customer details and actions taken.
• Following company procedures and ensuring customer information is handled appropriately.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supporting the wider team by providing cover and assisting with workload when required.

 

Who are we looking for?

Call centre or customer service experience is essential. We’re looking for the right attitude, a positive approach and someone who enjoys helping people.
