Description
Our client is seeking an AI Audit & Regulatory Analyst to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI Security Standards Federation initiatives, bridging technical security implementation and regulatory/audit requirements.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop justification and supporting documentation for AI Security Standards Federation initiatives and control frameworks
- Author, maintain, and validate regulatory, audit, and control-related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Translate technical designs, security requirements, and implementation details into clear, auditor- and regulator-ready artifacts
- Support audit and regulatory reviews by responding to evidence requests, inquiries, and control validation exercises
- Work independently with technical teams to understand system architectures, control designs, and implementation specifics
- Articulate the effectiveness and alignment of controls with regulatory expectations and governance standards
- Demonstrate technical communication skills to bridge gaps between security/engineering teams and compliance/audit stakeholders
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in audit, regulatory compliance, governance, or related control functions
- Demonstrated expertise in AI security, control effectiveness assessment, and regulatory documentation
- Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (auditors, regulators, executives)
- Experience developing and maintaining control documentation, audit evidence, and compliance artifacts
- Proven track record working independently with cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to regulatory and audit standards
- Ability to translate complex technical environments into clear governance and control narratives
