Salary range (but not limited to):

43,600 - 53,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!

• Start date: January 11, 2027
• Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Work location: Montreal office, located at 2020 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Day or evening shifts may be required based on operational needs.
• Saturday: Availability may also be required on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Training: First two weeks — 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls while providing outstanding customer service.
• Answer customers’ questions and make adjustments to their accounts.
• Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or through the mobile app.
• Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
• Address various customer needs, including answering general inquiries, processing reinstatements following cancellations, and resolving customer issues.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least six months of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Apple and Android applications.
• Experience in a call-centre environment is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, along with autonomy and enthusiasm.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other applications.
• Bilingualism in French and English — requires answering calls and providing service to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.
• No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
