As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in establishing INVENSITY in the Swedish market. From day one, you will take ownership of shaping our local presence, delivering our first projects, building strong client relationships, and helping us win further business. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively lay the foundation for long-term growth and help position INVENSITY as a trusted engineering and technology consultancy in Scandinavia. You will work with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup while benefiting from the expertise, network, and structure of an international consulting company.

What can you expect?

• Take ownership of requirements management (e.g. DOORS/Polarion): Define, manage and implement requirements and customer needs
• Create, consolidate and maintain requirements at system and subsystem level, ensuring traceability throughout the development process.
• Design and maintain SysML models: Apply appropriate methods to model functional, logical and physical systems.
• Plan and manage test activities to support development assurance.
• Work in line with the V-model, aligning architecture, requirements, verification and validation.
• Be part of INVENSITY’s success story: Work in ambitious, professional project teams and guide our projects successfully through every phase.
• Share and expand your expertise: Workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department will give you the opportunity to develop quickly.

Your profile

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• initial professional experience in requirements or systems engineering 
• good knowledge of IBM DOORS / DOORS Next is a Plus 
• Experience with SysML modelling tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect or Cameo Systems Modeler is an advantage 
• An interest in safety engineering (FMEA, FTA), process management, methods development and project management.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments within Sweden
• Business-fluent Swedish and fluent English language skills
