Partner with the best
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and expand existing businesses.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts and complex product lines.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
- Leading the development of business plans for a specific product or product line
- Being responsible for developing and preparing proposals considering technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects
- Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts.
- Leading commercial planning ,forecasting and inquiry to Order (ITO) processes
- Ensuring Salesforce effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a BSc from an accredited university or college.
- Have significant Oil & Gas experience ( minimum 10 years) with proven experience in Pressure Pumping ( Cementing, Coiled tubing and sand control,fracturing)
- Be able to speak Azerbaijani, Russian and English fluently
