Senior Litigation Attorney (Civil, Commercial, Business, Real Estate)
About the Opportunity We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm in the Las Vegas area to place a talented Transactional Attorney with HOA experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice group with a well-established client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage general civil, commercial, real estate, HOA-related, and/or business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial
- Develop and execute case strategies, legal arguments, and risk mitigation approaches
- Provide strategic legal advice and counseling to clients involved in disputes
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff
- Actively participate in business development and client acquisition efforts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in civil, commercial, real estate, complex, and/or business litigation
- Active Nevada Bar admission required
- Trial experience preferred
- Portable book of business preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience supervising attorneys and legal staff preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage, ProLaw, or similar systems a plus
