Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gould’s Air Conditioning and Heating. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels. Communicate with customers through various channels. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Understand our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Qualifications To qualify for this prominent role, you must have: A minimum of 2 years' proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. The ability to adapt/respond in different situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A high school diploma.
