Procurement Manager

Croftstone Management are growing rapidly, we are on a recruitment drive due to several project wins within the infrastructure sector. Our key areas of expertise consist of Rail, Highways & Utilities. It’s exciting times for our business and we are seeking industry professionals to join us on our journey, we are already creating waves amongst some of the industries largest commercial management consultancies… and we don’t plan to stop there. We require a Procurement Manager to assist on our 5 year framework agreement with our largest client. Please see a basic overview for what we require below: • MCIPS or working towards.• Experience of project procurement either client, contractor or consultancy side.• Knowledge of either Utilities Contract Regulations or Public Contract Regulations.• Knowledge of construction, infrastructure sectors, major project experience.• Understanding of construction contracts, i.e. ICC, JCT, NEC etc.• Understanding of pre-contract lifecycle, pre-market engagement, procurement strategy, pre-qualification, tender, award recommendation contract drafting and award.• Good stakeholder management. Feel free to contact Jack Roberts at Croftstone Management Ltd to discuss in further detail.
