We are looking for a customer-focused and technically-minded Support Advisor who is passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and growing their career with a company that values and rewards dedication.

What will you do?

• Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, providing timely support via phone, email, and live-chat.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to clear and effective solutions.

• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate and confident support.

• Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help us continuously improve.
  

A Typical Day Might Include:

• Helping customers with order queries, artwork questions, or product advice
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
• Working closely with internal teams such as design and production
• Learning about new products, materials, and services
• Suggesting improvements to processes and systems through team feedback
