Real Estate Office Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to answer phones, schedule showings and vendor appointments, attend showings and do follow-up, organize the office materials, and create daily schedules.

You’ll also work with the team to help agents by doing administrative tasks that facilitate their deals.
