Description
Quality Control (QC) Intern supporting Quality Control team by helping with basic lab testing, checking product documentation, and assisting in data review to ensure products meet quality standards. The role also includes supporting compliance activities such as organizing audit documents and helping review quality records, as QC intern tasks commonly involve documentation analysis and audit support.
Main Responsibilities
Assist on routine laboratory testing of production batches to ensure conformance with specifications
Perform daily administrative task including file organizing, sampling, updating test results, work-in-progress report and CoA preparation.
Support on customer complaint handling
Support on audit including documentation, reviewing compliance gaps, and preparing reports.
Assist QC Chemist on investigation of internal non-conformance, including sampling, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions implementation.
Help to maintain laboratory's housekeeping (5S), chemical handling, calibration and ensure safety and compliance.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and cost-saving project
Involve in inter-departmental collaboration (production, process engineering, maintenance, technical) when handling quality related issue.
Qualifications
Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and safety requirements.
