Associate Marketing Operations Specialist

As the Marketing Operations Specialist EMEA you will be the connection between marketing campaigns and marketing operations. You will work individually and coordinate with various teams across interesting & challenging projects regarding the scheduling, planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across all channels supporting the EMEA marketing team.

You will be responsible for lead management from all campaigns (paid, owned, earned) and liaise with Sales Support to manage lead flow to the appropriate Sales Associates.

In this role you will also have administrative tasks for the EMEA team which may include budget management, management and fulfilment of purchase orders and setting up new suppliers. You will work in Wordpress to upload, edit and monitor content on both the UK and Germany website and support with management of regular supplier and agency meetings. You will make sure that the EMEA Region is aligned with global marketing ops processes and work closely with Digital Marketing and Operations team located in the UK and US (CET).

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Contribute to the marketing function overall but focus primarily on campaigns, which includes the setting up of email campaigns such as newsletters, product news, nurture, event promotions and paid media campaigns for both UK and Germany (with support from EMEA Product marketer and DE Marketing Manager).
• Work in Adobe (Marketo) and Salesforce setting up campaigns in conjunction with the global marketing ops team.
• Lead management in conjunction with Sales Support function.
• Manage the Monthly Business Review (MBR) report working with the Digital Marketing and Operations team.
• Support website management (using CMS) to ensure Marketo links are maintained and that sites are functioning.
• Attend regular 3rd party paid media agency vendor meetings and US meetings where applicable.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• English speaker.
• Marketing knowledge and some experience in a business environment.
• Marketing automation / lead generation (use of Marketo or similar).
• Knowledge of CMS (Wordpress or similar).
• Understanding of CRM – Salesforce is preferable.
• Creating and understanding measurement dashboards for marketing.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• German speaker desirable (not necessary).
• Creative skills in design.
• Lead management and liaising with commercial teams.
• Sales operations experience.
• Understanding of the data-driven marketing services space.
• Event management experience.
