Location: Downers Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

The Role
We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our second shift team at our Illinois facility. You'll oversee print, mail, bindery, quality control, and warehouse operations on-site, working closely with Management to plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities across personnel, strategic planning, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily Print, Mail, Manual Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with InfoSend policies and procedures
- Schedule production to meet deadlines, maximize uptime and productivity, and enforce quality and safety standards
- Manage postal activities, including metering, postal money downloads, and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, and partner with Management on training, cross-training, and development programs
- Serve as an escalation point for equipment, material, and workflow issues, and lead team meetings on company updates and expectations
- Manage equipment installations and short- and long-term projects, and oversee inventory of envelopes, inserts, and supplies
- Perform job sign-offs with full accuracy, documenting defects and reporting performance trends and non-compliance to the Director of Operations
- Work closely with functional departments and vendors to support operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years' experience in a mail print environment
- Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work for self and others
- Ability to find, analyze, and solve problems
- Ability to make and implement effective decisions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 lbs.)
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
