What You’ll Do
• Represent homebuilders, residential developers, multifamily developers, and master-planned community developers
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of undeveloped land
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and other transactional documents
• Guide clients through land acquisition, financing, development, and disposition
• Lead transactional due diligence and address legal issues affecting development projects
• Coordinate with clients and other parties throughout complex transactions
• Manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing
• Provide practical and strategic legal counsel on sophisticated residential development matters
What You’ll Bring
• 6+ years of transactional real estate experience
• Meaningful experience with acquisitions and dispositions of real property, including undeveloped land
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in The Florida Bar
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Experience representing homebuilders, residential developers, master-planned communities, or multifamily developers is highly valued.
