Senior Associate, Global Brand Partnerships & Activation

HelloFresh is searching for a Senior Associate, Global Brand Partnerships & Activation to help support bringing the HelloFresh brand to life through culturally relevant brand partnerships and experiential moments. The Senior Associate helps translate strategy into action, ensuring every partnership and activation is executed with consistency and rigor, with the goal of building a scalable, repeatable approach to how HelloFresh shows up in culture. 

The Senior Associate, Global Brand Partnerships & Activation will be the execution engine of the team, turning approved concepts into flawlessly executed partnerships and activations - managing project timelines, coordinating across internal & external stakeholders, and keeping every detail on track. This person will also contribute ideas and cultural insight during brand planning cycles, aiding in ongoing maintenance of our global brand partnerships pipeline. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and has both strong project management instincts and a genuine passion for culture and brand.

You will … 

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing logistics, approvals, and deliverable tracking to keep projects on schedule.
• Participate in ideation and planning for brand partnerships, activations, and experiential moments during brand planning cycles.
• Translate partnership and activation strategy into detailed project plans and on-the-ground delivery.
• Assist in maintaining the global brand partnerships pipeline, including identifying potential partners, supporting on outreach and initial vetting, and tracking opportunities against brand fit and cultural relevance.
• Partner with channel teams such as PR, organic and paid social, influencer, brand media, and more to coordinate amplification and ensure initiatives land consistently across every touchpoint.
• Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities with potential for global scale.
• Coordinate with local marketing teams across HelloFresh's global markets to help adapt and roll out partnership and activation programs, balancing global brand consistency with local market nuance.
• Support post-campaign reporting through pulling results, coordinating recaps, and capturing learnings to build the team's playbook for future initiatives.
• Help build and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and documentation, contributing to a scalable playbook for activation and partnership work.

You have… 

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing, ideally with a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), subscription, or consumer brand.
• Experience supporting or coordinating brand partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential activations, including hands-on work with external agencies or partner brands.
• Experience working with creative teams, ideally writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets.
• Strong project management instincts and experience managing timelines, multiple stakeholders, and multi-pronged projects concurrently.
• A balance of creative and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with entertainment, media, or cultural partnerships (e.g., sports, music, streaming, influencer/creator partnerships) 
• Experience working in a global organization, collaborating across markets and cultures. 
• Work experience related to food and food systems is a plus.
