JOB SUMMARY:
• Order management - process and follow up on new sales orders from customers and intercompany orders up until timely delivery (complete order cycle)
• Process and manages customer complaints until resolution and follows up a corrective action plans
• Has knowledge of order to cash process, quality management system, international commerce and compliance to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under minimum supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
• Accountable for order entry and management of all new sales orders received from customers or sales rep. for all business units (FLC / PSS & GSS) in our ERPs, following existing procedures.
• Accountable for “Quality of Service” complaints processing and management, following existing procedures.
• Processes customer’s request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) and provide RMA status information as needed.
• Provides customers and sales reps. Sales orders statuses regularly or when required.
• Provides proactive communication to both internal and external customers of sales orders status
• Supports customers and sales representatives with part numbers, pricing information
• Acts as main point of contact of distributors for their EXW orders
• Accountable for providing weekly order status updates and red flags to sales and finance teams through open order reports.
• Understands local distribution and billing government requirements needed to do business in the regions they support
• Process FLC orders in the ESKER system for Purchase Order Automation.
• Work with 3PLs, brokers, and agents in supported countries
• Recommends changes to established processes to keep building a continuous improvement culture.
• Ensures compliance of all internal policies and procedures related to order to cash process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Associates Degree
• 1+ year of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Commerce, Logistics
• Has knowledge on international commerce (which includes payment terms and Incoterms)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must, Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient keyboard and computer skills, including functional knowledge of Excel, Word, Office365 or equivalent applications
• Ability to work with a cross functional, multicultural team.

• Numerate and accurate, particularly in relation to data integrity
• Excellent analytical and process flow optimization skills allowing for basic trouble shooting
• Minimal travel may be required; passport required
